>>13457812It's as simple as this: Most wrestling schools and Indy wrestling rosters aren't packed, and if a woman is paying to get training and doing her part, you wanna do right by her and get her trained, booked, and make her a versatile asset that any promotion would be happy to bring on. I don't like it at all kayfabe wise but behind the scenes it's just pragmatic. In training it also helps the guys get over mental barriers over "hitting a girl", so the guys become better strikers across the board, and the girls that train with guys usually stop striking and working like pussies over time. Cut that shit out when it's time to get on TV, or some sort of super-indy, though.
