95 had absolutely no positive aspects. At most you could say Bret had some good matches, but you still had to sit through a card featuring Savio Vega or Doink or Duke Drosee. No excitement, no personality to the broadcasts, and everything felt like an old out of touch grandfather desperately trying to appeal to children.
99 had the total flanderization of every character into being nothing but catchphase robots, completely nonsensical storylines that led nowhere and didn't even get anyone involved over, and endless shitty gimmick matches.
