They are original live episode versions that were shown live when Smackdown aired and then they would reshoot the segments for re-run airing later the same week on Fox Sports. The fox sports versions are usually much more PG.
The Fox Sports versions are the ones seen on the WWE network. If you want to see the original live versions you have to seek out old VHS rips on torrent sites.
