>>13506062Wow, thanks for doing such a simple task.
>>13506058 See how easy that was? Now go fuck off so the adults can have a real discussion, schizo.
>>13506062>bookerThat seems fine, but I think the issue lies with
>writerA good lot of people can't decide whether they want to call it "booker" or "creative writer". This basic miscommunication creates needless tension because when some marks like Seamus hear "writer", he thinks some chucklefuck is trying to make it solely drama. I mean let's be real: a booker was just someone who threw matches together at the very start. Who's fighting? This guy and that. Then it became more story driven and now bookers are supposed to write stories. That's what they are now. They're writers. Bookers feels dishonest. I get it, kayfabe and whatever. But they're literally writing the story of the show. Call em authors or whatever tickles the pickle, but I'm gonna call them writers or show writers. And to be honest, I don't think you really need someone who's been in the wrestling business to write good material for the shows. It's very simple. There's a good guy and a bad guy. How do you make them care? It could be as simple as the heel insulting the face's mom. You just gotta make people believe it. And I think this really escapes a lot of "bookers" for some reason, because at your worst, you get scenarios like Kane crying over his forcefully aborted child because Lita for some reason got into the ring even though she's "pregnant" and got kicked by Snitsky. There's too much bullshit and it felt extremely forced. THAT is soap opera. All people want is a good goddamn story that they can enjoy, not extremely melodramatic stuff. I don't watch AEW so I don't know if it gets that bad, but at least lately for WWE it hasn't been like that. A bit shaky, but hey. It's better than that slop I mentioned. Could be higher quality, but yeah.
