I like AEW and I don't want them to go away. I'm not vehemently anti-WWE anymore as I have discovered the value of watching it (like last weekend at my church retreat, I found out a brother was a big wrestling fan and we discussed how WWE folds to pressure at every WM evenly divisible by 10.) With WWE fashion, you can talk to people who are like "Wrestling's cool but I can take it or leave it." When you only follow AEW, foreign companies, and the indies, you can really only talk to people who are fully committed to being a wrestling fan first and foremost and while I cherish conversations I have had like this, they are rare.
