The build for this kinda sucked ass. Lowkey the video package and match quality saved it. Crowd didn't feel as loud as you thought it would be either.

If you define build as just what happens in the leadup to the show then it actually was shit. Rock spent all but the last 2-3 weeks before WM still feuding mostly with Angle, and they tried to do some stupid ass family drama shit with Debra that fell so flat they dropped it in a couple weeks.
The buildup is that wrestling was ending its boom period, all other promotions were dead, and these were the two biggest stars who had been feuding off and on for 3 years meeting at Wrestlemania
