Eh, you get used to it. My little sister (9 years younger) Jannettied me immediately after she was out of developmental, got signed to a six figure contract while I had spent nearly 4 years sitting in catering by that point. I realized eventually that creative had no plans to use me any time soon, so I left the territory and decided to go overseas.
Now I'm still working for essentially a hotdog and a handshake, but at least I'm having a lot of fun and seeing the world, and a lot of the heat that I had with the rest of my family is squashed.
