Regardless of where he goes, he's nothing more than a perpetual midcarder. And he really shouldn't be dreaming of anything more than the fed, especially since they already have a Rocky impersonator there already. His only hope (imo) is to go to NJPW and have Gedo make something out of him but even that is a stretch
