I'm going to guess the crowd flashes whenever you do a move off the turnbuckle or a signature/finisher and it's going to be as phoned in as having it immediately pop up when the animation starts and persist for like 5 seconds before the effect goes away.
The crowd isn't moving in any way to show a big pop and I can't believe I'm autistic enough to notice and be complaining about this shit but I am.

Christ, they didn't even try to make the flash sizes and patterns look realistic
Watch this video, skip to 0:57. Note how the flashes start off with just a few, then greatly increase a second or two before the actual move is complete
