Cena's better known worldwide, but he also doesn't have near that level of concentrated fame, and certainly nowhere near that respect. The guy was knighted by the two most important monarchs in Europe. Cena hasn't even been nominated for an Oscar.
It'd still be devestating, though. Worse than VKM, really. Everyone knew he was a scumbag. The Janele Grant scandal was shocking, but totally unsurprising. Like when Diddy or Weinstein were exposed as perverted rapists. Cena's an IRL superhero who devoted his live to dying children and the mentally retarded. Even Cosby didn't build up as much goodwill as him. Jern being exposed as a perv would destroy both WWE and Make-A-Wish. The former would have to rebrand, and the latter would be sued into oblivion and have to close up shop.
