In terms of the late 90s landscape where people were actually booking these matches, as opposed to the landscape they actually took place in 2001/2002, Hogan vs Rock would have been an obvious choice. I would have put Goldberg against Undertaker. He has nothing in common with Austin besides both being bald with black trunks. Same with Undertaker and Sting, both spooky emos, great storytelling, not. Michaels would be the obvious opponent for Sting in my opinion.
