Early 20s wrestlers have historically been dimeless. It would be ideal to start in your mid to late twenties but starting in your 30s is no big deal. You either got it or don't anyway, it wouldn't matter if you spent 10 years in developmental

Because hiring vets from other companies is cheaper than using their own vets like Ziggler. And you need vets around to work with the rookies, anyone who thinks Tama Tonga is being hired for a main roster main event push is retarded, he's going to be doing nxt house shows in Florida

It turned back into that with NXT 2.0 when Vince had more control and under 30 unknowns like Bron and Tiffany became big deals, now that HHH has control again he's turning it back in the black and gold era of 40 year old guys with 20 years experience.

You can’t possibly be this stupid. AJ Styles, one of the best wrestlers on the planet, said he wished he had an NXT run and thinks everyone should. They go there to get accustomed to WWE’s style of production which is widely different than anywhere else. Nakamura, Bobby Roode, Eric Young, Kenta, etc are all vets who went through NXT.
