>>13601435People stopped watching WCW around 1999. I don't remember exactly when, but the combination of Goldberg losing to Nash, the fingerpoke, the shift of general interest & focus to Raw instead of Nitro each week, and when kids at school stopped talking about WCW in general. The moment when THQ started publishing WWF games on N64 instead of WCW games was a huge indicator. It is like if Sony starts getting Microsoft exclusives all of a sudden like Halo, Gears of War, Fable, etc. but instead of 2024, it happened in like 2013 just as the PS4 came out & the fallout from Xbox One's E3 fiasco. Then next thing you know, Microsoft shuts down its gaming division & we don't have anymore Xbox consoles with PlayStation as the definitive winner.
