It does not matter in the slightest who you are or how over you were before you got to AEW. That company will make sure to fucking freeze you. AEW is a fucking graveyard of stars to varying degrees. It really depends I guess. We know nothing specific about his recovery or condition really. With the timing of everything it does seem like he might not have needed the surgery and the antibiotic treatments were enough to fix him up in which case is a very good sign for him. Brock didn't just have diverticulitis he had the absolute worst case. Allegedly Kenny's was also bad but if he didn't have to go under the knife for it and is already healthy enough to do public appearances (he also doesn't look THAT much smaller size wise than he normally does for a guy who might've been unable to train for however long) it might suggest that his wound up being caught early enough/his body responded well enough to the medicinal treatment that he makes a full recovery.

I think Kenny's got diagnosed fairly early all things considered. I remember reading I think that Brock went some crazy amount of time like a whole year or something not having his case diagnosed so by the time they caught it it had already done a number on his insides where that surgery to remove the parts of his intestine was necessary.

It's a sports jacket bruv, they are all gonna look kinda the same. You want the sleeves to rest at your wrist while your arms are hanging at your side. Any shorter and it'll look like you are wearing your little brother's jacket. Any longer and it look like you are wearing your dad's jacket.

Also don't just pick a color. Find out what your pallet is and compliment it. That one isn't as big of a deal with the dudes, but women will instantly see that shit and get the icks.
