totally overblown and total revisionist history over its impact on the fall of wcw. nash going over goldbergs streak instantly removed any joy and excitement from the building. no boo's, nothing. the fingerpoke of doom was absolutely necessary to revitalise the energy that left, while reuniting nwo and making goldberg the underdog. the biggest issue was them not capitalizing on this moment sooner with neither goldberg or sting, and now nash has to take the blame of the fall of wcw for the rest of history. it was an awful decade for nash, starting with what happened in the summer of 92 (KWAB), then being widely known as the face of the destruction of wcw, he cant catch a break
