I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he's just another grifter. Knows the E audience pool he can potentially draw from is bigger than the AEW audience pool, and E fans are easier to bullshit. So if he's doing it to make money rather than accurately represent things, the choice is obvious. In that regard he's no different to the other grifter podcasts, except a lot of them are "has-beens" and he's a complete "never-was".

If anything the console warring is what's hammered into people's heads this idea that AEW is weeks away from dying because no one watches. Their ratings aren't the best they've ever done by any means but they're fine. They're still exceeding what their network expected from them (400k) and they aren't going anywhere

WBD isn't even dealing with AEW until their contract expires in October and they have to figure out what to do with it. There's no exclusivity clause in the CW/NXT deal, which WWE usually demands so CW must still be open to it to have negotiated for it.
It could still go there or anywhere else, we have no idea what TK might have cooking.

That's fine. If say FX wanted to give them a marginal increase to leave Turner it wouldn't be worth since WBD has better resources.
Netflix deal was actually below projections for Raw, but they think it has better synergies long term for the company. Not everything is just a dollar figure.
