I trade those 8 hires for an actual professional training/ preformance centre. that gives me a steady supply of homegrown talent trained to work our style from the get go without that dark cloud indie shittery already infecting them. this means I'm not constantly chasing the current meltzer darling and getting worked by the fed into spending obscene amounts for dimeless shitters every month, further sending my potential profits into the red every year. if my trained up talent turns out to be a dimeless shitter, I can cut my minuscule losses and move onto the next person. meanwhile tony kahn does that already minus the small losses part, he just loses millions on shitters instead and moves on
