I went to this seminar on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and the most important thing the speaker told was to not eat breakfast. I was confused at first, but once he told the reasons, it all became clear.
First, he said you shouldn't eat breakfast because when its the morning, your cravings are at the highest points, so you're most likely to eat something like a toaster strudel or a frozen breakfast than something else.
Second, he explained that you gain weight when you eat. Right after waking up, you are at your highest weight, and according to this, eating something at that time makes you gain more weight.
And finally, breakfast can be one of the most expensive meals of the day. Something like a full breakfast meal could cost alot of money, and also, if you have something small like cereal, you're not getting as much nutrition and vitamins as a regular meal.
