Fixed that for you. But, yes, Vince succeeded despite himself. If Eric Bishoff had guys like Bret Hart, Austin, Taker, Foley, and Rock looking out for him and WCW, as opposed to Nash, Hall, and Hogan, WCW would still be around and WWF would have rightfully died because of Hogan, HHH, Michaels, Nash, and Hall.

He also had Taker, but he either let them go or didn't let them do anything. He let go of Austin and Foley who went to ECW and then to WWF. Vince never saw anything in Austin and it was Bret Hart who said - this guy is who I want to work with. From there you know the story.
