Unironically why AEW doesn't do co-produce show in Japan?

WCW and old WWF did co-promote show with Japanese promotions in Japan. Considering matches like Omega vs Ospeay and Okada vs Danielson are better matches they did in Japan than they're in America, why don't they do show in Japan?

Yeah but Japanese wrestling had some semblance of respect then. Now that Antonio Inoki is fucking dead and Reiwa Inoki is AEW's newest toy, Japanese wrestling is a joke. It makes no sense to have an equal "partnership" with any Japanese promotion. NJPW is AEW's developmental. They are AEW's bitch and that's exactly what they deserve.
