>>13651785>Why can't AEW ever catch up to WWE ?Only names with wider appeal on their roster are fucking Edge, Jeff, Jericho and fucking Ric Flair with Sting retiring. Those 4 have a combined age of 453 and no one really wants to watch flabby old wrestlers more than once as just a little nostalgia act. Most of their stories are flops, CM Punk vs MJF was kino and that's about it. Most of their workers wrestle a style which is a proven anti draw outside of a small and specific group. They have hit their absolute ceiling the first year of the company's existence and there has hardly been any growth for 5+ years now so most likely they'll forever be in this limbo of having a dedicated fanbase but never really being able to grow at all but unlike other feds I reckon AEW can run for a long goddamn time regardless of how shit it does in the ratings compared to WWE simply because Tony Khan's pockets are practically bottomless
