They are purposefully leaving him in the videos and photos, but blurring him out rather than just excluding these and/or cutting him out, because they want your attention drawn to the fact that he's being censored. You know who he is as a wrestling fan, so they are sending the message to you that he has done something so horrible he must be divorced from his entire life's work and own creation, that he is like Chris Benoit. Someone who has done something so bad that he should not just be edited out of something, but publicly shamed. It's not about just erasure, but desecration of his image and history. He must be shamed and embarrassed.
It's also to broadcast what he did. If a normal person doesn't see Vince, it's not in their minds. If they know who he is but see he's been blurred, and don't know about the scandal, now they'll search for it. If they don't even know who Vince is, they'll be intrigued about who that guy next to Charlotte is and why is he blurred, and they'll look it up. This ensures that the allegations against him are highlighted for more and more people to see.
