I'd still start with trimming the fat off the roster before going too deep into booking how but besides getting rid of certain non-sense hires and shit like putting Jericho on a long fucking vacation at least if not firing him to freshen up the scene - I'd even go as far as to say AEW's biggest problem isn't so much the talent but what the fuck they do with them. And what they don't do is make stars or people of interest. Instead of just changing the Dynamite Logo, change the fucking show to something different, something more engaging.
