Why tf would you play it non-local multiplayer? It'll be some retards spamming uncounterable moves or just shit being plain uncounterable because of the lag. Only thing bad about offline is that you can't download custom shit but personally, I don't even use those that much and the modded models are always glitched

You can use a steam emulator to make your pirated copy connect to the caw servers and download all the stuff you could ever want. It works on 24 just like it did on previous games
