Don Callis is booking him in matches against the rest of the Don Callis family. The exact purpose isn't clear yet but presumably this is meant to lead to some kind of split between Ospreay and Don Callis, because Ospreay is clearly meant to be a babyface going forward.

Callis is saying that no one is worthy to fight his guys so they have to go against each other. I believe in storyline that it'll lead to him establishing a pecking order and he'll choose a favourite based on who wins the most. Maybe he'll even try to kick fletcher out because fletcher loses them all and he pisses off osprey which would lead to United empire vs the callis family.
