Legally however, you can't sign your rights away (otherwise landlords would hold you into forever contracts). Those fans absolutely can take AEW to court, but the court would need to look at the events leading up to the injury or complaint. Courts usually rule against the company that makes the exculpatory contract, mainly because of how broad those companies make them. Most states don't even allow stuff like that and automatically side with the plaintiff
