>>13680862You want to know the most fucked up thing of all though, Pigwheels? WWE already got their long-term deals for all 3 shows, that money is coming in regardless. WWE is moving to USA for $280,000,000/year whether WWE gets 2.2 or 1.8 for the next 7 or so months
You know who doesn't have a deal yet? AEW. You know who needs wrestling viewers now more than ever? AEW. You know who stands to benefit more from WWE viewership increasing than they ever have before? That's right, AEW
In a porcine rage-inducing twist, AEW fans will actually benefit more from watching WWE than WWE will benefit having them as viewers. The higher Smackdowns rating's go, the more likely WBD (or another network) is to pay more for AEW, looking at their track record and seeing they won't hesitate to sign WWE-level talents and feature them prominently on TV.
If you actually want AEW to succeed, you should encourage AEW fans to watch WWE, at least until AEW gets their new deal. You're a mentally ill spaz with no foresight so you won't do it, but you should.
