The Shield is probably a good example o a modern day NWO, but they lacked charisma, Razor was dimes, Big daddy bitch was Dimes at his prime/NWO run, and Hogan was Hogan, all dimes all charisma.
I believe that if the Bucks get good, a heel Elite stable would be dimes but they need to work a LOT on their mic skills, Okada needs to cut god tier promos
In WWE I don't know, mostly because everything's too sanitized, MAYBE Gunther due to his last promos, unhinged Roman is dimes, I still don't know why they're booking him like a cuck when Dwayne is present, and finally maybe Drew McIntyre, and throw Punk and LA to finish the stable, you get solid A listers, the problem would be making them work like a clockwork every week
