Ignoring nukes for a second...I wonder how a war would go without any satellite assistance for all the tech. I would assume China or whoever would blow up the satellites on minute 1 and cause a chain reaction crashing all the satellites into each other or out of orbit.
So if it turned into more traditional warfare, but with drones (less effective without GPS) being used, that would negate tank and battleship superiority.
Without WWE fans (poojeets) being used as meat shields in infantry battles to take up some of China's power level, I think America would tap out at 300,000 soldier deaths.
