Then they job him to Macho after a brief 2 month reign. Finally he's left to play second fiddle to a faction his very essence was opposed to. By this time Sting's heat is almost dead. He's still over as fuck, but he's just another guy and now Goldberg was the most popular wrestler. What was the point of that year long feud with Sting beating the nWo to a pulp almost every week if the goal was for him to get jobbed to Hogan?
