In some cases, probably, although his TV ratings are honestly fine, it's the live attendance that needs to have a lot of marketing money thrown at it. But Khan is a believer that if a wrestler can make his roster better, he's gonna go after them, and I think hindsight is 20/20 in a lot of those cases.
