3) Maybe listen to Ice Cube’s sperm spawn when he says that people don’t know who the hell some of these wrestlers are. Build them up in simple, fast and effective ways. WWE may have seemed stupid about suggesting idiotic notions like fans won’t know who The Fabulous Freebirds are, they won’t know who Shinsuke is, etc. But consequently, the end result was positive. They established people like Shinsuke better than they would have if they just acted like everyone knew who he was. That does help the casual fan. Until such time AEW does this, dead crowds will continue.
4) Failing all this, the final solution would be to bring back 2-for-1 deals and other sales. Tony obviously doesn’t want to do this because it loses money. But the alternative is that dead crowds will continue.
