He's popular because of his presentation and booking, i.e. the long title reigns (yes, two, he has two titles) and the Bloodline being the only storyline that WWE puts effort into. And of course Paul Heyman since Roman is still dull on the mic (at least he's not cringe anymore though).
Roman will have to drop the titles. Maybe not at Mania, but it will happen sooner than later because Roman barely works as is, and he has talked about taking extended time off for a while now. Buckle up kiddo, because I've seen how this movie ends. Get ready for the return of the "big dog," babyface Roman, the most heavily rejected babyface in WWE history.
