What's the difference between black and gold Takeover era NXT and current AEW? Not trying to meme here, I'm genuinely asking because I see the exact same symptoms in both products. They share the same essence desu.

They went to AEW and thank God because NXT has become way better without the IWC smarks trying to hijack the show and make it about themselves. When Shawn is left to cook he produces kino. Sadly Triple Nose is meddling with the books and that is why we have to put up with Shawn Spears now.

The only small difference I can think of is most of the PPV matches being rehearsed in NXT, while I haven't heard of it being common practice in AEW.
