Who disappointed you most in wrestling? As in a guy who should've been a bigger deal but wasted their potential or whatever?

Pic related for me. Before he got fat he was a near complete package. He was awesome in ring, looked okay, tall, and was a decent promo for an indie guy. Then he got to NXT, got fat, and seemingly gave up. I really thought he'd make it back in the day.
