Monochrome color scheme, black sutra “tattoos” with all white gear, the hand wraps and belted pants, it’s a great look, extremely memorable. Probably 90 percent of people who can remember him have never even seen one of his matches.
He didn’t do a ton in WWF but his look and move set was dimes, perfect balance of stiff looking kicks, mat wrestling, springboard and dive moves and power stuff. A bunch of different power bombs including high angle jackknifes, Batista Bombs, last ride and razors edge/sit out razors edge. I don’t think he originated any of them, probably some little Joshi did but Hakushi’s shit looked great. The praying rope walk where he walked almost 2 full sections. Good shit. Had a great match against Undertaker in Japan I’m pretty sure, he flipped out of a choke slam and kicked him on the way down. Good match against Bret, Misawa. Hakushi was dimes. Should have been a bigger star at least in Japan.
