Yes there are a ton of those, but they belong to small, essentially indie promotions, that are using CMLL as a sanctioning body to legitimize their own promotions.
Counting those as "CMLL titles" would be like counting the Ganbare and Ganjo titles as "DDT titles" because Takagi basically lets Ken Ohka use DDT to legitimize his glorified parking lot fed.
