If I hated Tony/AEW, then I'd say they can't be profitable or successful no matter what - I'd insist their only choices are losing tens of millions yearly or ten million yearly. I don't believe that's the case. AEW can be profitable if they cut the DEAD WEIGHT, stop worrying so much about peoples' feelings and the perceptions of IWC fans that don't matter, and promote/highlight/reward only the people who have proven they have AEW's best interests at heart.
Moxley should be the highest paid talent in the company, not because I think he's the best, but because he's literally willing to bleed for the company every single match if that's what it takes. 70 Moxley matches in the last year, and it would be even higher if he didn't have a few injuries. Darby should be in the Top 5 highest paid for similar reasons.
Miro and Hager should be cut immediately for refusing to perform. Butcher, Blade, Dutch, Vincent, anyone hidden away on ROH should be offered their release. Anyone not willing to do jobs for the main eventers and mid-carders should be cut immediately. Your job isn't to be a fucking mark for yourself and cry about losing too many TV matches -- your job is to lose when the storylines and booking call for it. If you don't like it, get the fuck out.
