i suffer from the same problem. my johnson is 4.6 inches, which is only slightly below average…but pencil thin. about the width of a large crayola crayon. condoms slip off because my manhood is already thin to begin with, but is thinner at the bottom than the top. so the bases never have a strong enough grip.
