a) The tweet was a while back, and it's been deleted, and they've been holding on to this screenshot for a while.
b) More likely, as OP cropped out the handle and any other identifying information, this is from a locked account they follow, most likely an actual IRL friend that they despise because they like the wrong wrestling company.
