Theres no room for the 'top stars' of nxt to be anything on the main roster without cuts to the guys going nowhere that hhh likes (we can all name 20 that are complete wastes of time) and, until that happens, there's no room for the developmentals to advance in nxt.
It's dumb it's on tv at all, honestly. The fact that it is basically makes it impossible for it to fulfill it's initial purpose
