I saw a clip the other day where he said that Kevin Nash almost crippled him with a chair shot at wrestlemania 18 and he had to calm Nash down backstage because Nash "never thought he was going to hit Hulk Hogan with a chair". Nash, of course, didn't hit Hogan with a chair at wrestlemania 18.

If Bischoff got it wrong, most of the time with that is he'll say that he doesn't really remember clearly because of how long ago it was.

I have been saying this for years now
He clearly has legitimate memory issues, yet people keep acting like it's just "Hulk Tales", like he's lying either to be an asshole or to "work the marks" or whatever else
Dude once said the Montreal Screwjob happened at Wrestlemania when "teeny, tiny" Shawn Michaels held Bret down with a pin to win the match. People thought that was funny, but that's when I first realized it was a memory issue

Hes a late stage smooth talker. It never mattered much what the truth was, just getting people to believe you. Eventually he got so bad in the habit of pulling from imagination land that he genuinely CAN'T pull from memory.
