They probably booked her at the Rumble to test the fans's reaction to her, but realized she isn't ready to have her big debut at WrestleMania, especially at such an important one. I'm guessing she'll debut on Smackdown after WrestleMania and build to a big match with Bianca Belair at SummerSlam.
I'm not saying she's good by any means, I'm just trying to be realistic. At the end of the day, Jade was always Cody's pet project and that's the only reason she's in WWE. She was still green as shit in AEW, and it's not like she did anything there that would have impressed WWE into signing her.
