They get their pick of talented athletes to train, AEW gets their pick of previously trained wrestlers
One company develops draft picks - the other company takes minor leaguers and makes them big league
There's plenty of wrestling fans to go around - people love simulated violence, the catharsis that comes with telling your bully or your boss to go fuck himself, seeing someone get whacked in the head with a chair, etc. There's also plenty of wrestling profits to go around which is.....often a very sensitive subject for AEW fans.
