If you google "suicide hotline" it will give you the suicide prevention number for your country. There are trained individuals who works 24 hours a day to help people and you even have options to chat in a chat room or text if you don't want to talk by phone. Please take care of yourselves. Suicide is not the answer. It's just ratings.
