I feel what brought him down is that he put a short leash on the Chicago cops and the crime exploded. Not only is there more of it but it happens in neighborhoods where it isn't supposed to happen like Lincoln Park and Gold Coast. He failed Chicago, Beetlejuice failed Chicago and Brandon Johnson is currently failing the city. Say what you want about Daley, no one got stabbed in Wicker fucking Park.
