Just to let you know, neither of these are going to happen. It's going to be far far more than +50M per year. Their current AAV was last charted at somewhere around 55M, their next deal is going to be at least 3x that, if not more.

Khan is expressing loyalty to his partner because he likes the relationship. This isn't some new thing, whenever he's asked about his media rights, the first thing he says is how much he loves the WBD relationship, all the way back to before the Discovery merger. He's always been consistent about that.

1) Obsession with specific total viewership numbers, 1 million, 900k, 800k that at the end of the day we all know aren't the most meaningful ratings metric and have for a very long time.
2) The idea that failing to meet these arbitrary numbers means AEW isn't going to get renewed. That's the one I find very silly. The idea that because AEW didn't get one million viewers for a year straight, they're not gonna be on TV anymore. That's preposterous.
