You want to build to some chaos to heat things up for the finish, so I'd have Jimmy and Solo and Afa and Fatu and all of the Samoans come out to bully the ref/Cody and then I'd have something happen to Cody.
Also, after kicking Solo out, I'd have someone else do the finishing blow to Cody. This is ideally where you'd have someone new debut, but obviously I can't just invent that.
So, like others have said, just don't kick Solo out or only have him come out at the end.
