There was a 6 man tag, tsuruta knocked misawas team off the apron, cuz he was older and established and was bullying the younger guys. Misawa comes back and hit him in the face with an elbow so hard that it drops him to the floor and nearly knocks him out. Misawas elbow has remained a proverbial shot gun ever since. It's not some pudgy gamer who just uses elbows a lot, it's a bomb that took down the top star when misawa was young
