Morally, it's killing babies. And babies don't choose their parents or their circumstances. They're babies. They're the closest a profane human can be to pure. And attacking them at their most vulnerable seems outright evil.
But being born unloved isn't fair. In a perfect world, every child born will learn unconditional love from their parents. But when they won't even feel it from one? That's no kind of life.
The answer? Incentivize adoption for the mothers. Pay for abortion or paid for the baby. And the baby goes to people who want to love a child. And even this would be exploited.
So the real answer? There is no answer. Either kill babies or hurt women.
